Consent:

I, the undersigned, understand and acknowledge that Simple Fuel Solutions Limited or its agents may need to access certain parts of my vehicle that could potentially be damaged during the service. I am aware that unforeseen circumstances or complications may arise, leading to such damage. I voluntarily agree to allow Simple Fuel Solutions Limited, its agents, employees, representatives, and contractors to proceed with the work, accepting the risk of potential damage to my vehicle.

Liability Release:

In consideration of the services provided by Simple Fuel Solutions Limited, its agents, employees, representatives, and contractors, I, for myself and on behalf of my heirs, executors, and assigns, release and forever discharge Simple Fuel Solutions Limited or its agents, its agents, employees, representatives, and contractors from any and all claims, liabilities, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or in connection with the work on my vehicle.

Indemnification:

I agree to indemnify and hold Simple Fuel Solutions Limited, its agents, employees, representatives, and contractors harmless against any claims, actions, or demands made against them by any third party in connection with the work performed on my vehicle.

Insurance:

I understand that it is my responsibility to maintain appropriate insurance coverage for my vehicle, and I will not hold Simple Fuel Solutions Limited, its agents, employees, representatives, and contractors responsible for any damage that may occur during the service.
